Eugangs channels the efforts of eight strategic European partners from five member-states. Leadership reflects a partnership between a large public organisation (Titan), as the applicant, and a local community anchor steeped in experience of dealing with communities suffering from a growing gang culture as coordinator.
The assembled team has gained extensive knowledge of the consequences of crime on individuals, communities and the public sector, offering training to support many of the public and community services affected by gang culture (Police, probation, social services (families, children) schools, youth work and private security firms).
There is expertise in accreditation, delivering training trainer programmes, development of vocational educational training and quality assurance, alongside huge experience in delivering e-learning, therefore each partner leads on at least one work package reflecting their strengths.
